Generally, it is an IoT (Internet of Things) device - a wireless measurement probe for monitoring of soil moisture profile at different depth levels (at the soil surface, plant’s root level and in between - as needed) as well as additional parameters from the plant's growing environment (temperature of soil, temperature and humidity of air, lighting conditions, etc.).
